Terms & Conditions

1. Course duration is 45 days, with a daily schedule of approximately 1 hour of live training and 1 hour of internship/practical work, as applicable.
2. Services and benefits provided under the program depend on the plan selected by the student at the time of enrollment. Different plans may include different features, and only the benefits applicable to the chosen plan will be provided.
3. Course features may include, depending on the selected plan: Live Practical Projects, Portfolio Creation & Optimisation, Resume Preparation Support, Job Portal Profile Creation, Interview Preparation Sessions, Internship Opportunities, Soft Skills Training, HR Policy Orientation, and Career Guidance.
4. Interview support, resume assistance, internship opportunities, and career guidance are provided to improve employability. Masentrix HR & Tech Solutions LLP does not guarantee job placement, salary, employment, or interview selection.
5. Any mention of salary ranges or employment opportunities is indicative only and depends on individual performance, qualifications, interview results, employer requirements, market conditions, and available vacancies.
6. Students are expected to maintain discipline, attend sessions regularly, complete assignments, and follow institute guidelines throughout the course.
7. Any form of misconduct, abusive behaviour, harassment, sharing of course materials without authorisation, violation of institute policies, or actions that negatively affect the learning environment may result in suspension or termination of services without refund.
8. All course materials, presentations, recordings, documents, templates, and training resources remain the intellectual property of Masentrix HR & Tech Solutions LLP and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or shared without prior written permission.
9. Students are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection, compatible device, and required software for attending online sessions.
10. Any outstanding or due course fee must be paid within seven (7) working days from the agreed payment date. Failure to pay within this period may result in suspension of course access, internship benefits, certificates, interview support, or other services until all dues are cleared.
11. Masentrix HR & Tech Solutions LLP reserves the right to modify course content, trainers, schedules, or programme structure whenever necessary to improve learning outcomes.
12. Masentrix HR & Tech Solutions LLP reserves the right to discontinue or terminate services in cases of misconduct, non-compliance with institute policies, non-payment of fees, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
13. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.
